Curly Edged Organza Circles traditionally used for decorating favors. Sold by Package of 50 sheets.
Use two or three circle sheets, add your five candies (sold separately), tie together with your ribbon, add a decorative flower accent.
In the picture above, the Sparkle Ball was added along with two Rose Flower with Leaf (both sold separately).
