NO Refrigeration Required for the chocolates. Please note however that chocolates should not ship to parts of the country which is considered hot climate. Chocolates begin to soften and melt when outside temperatures are above 20 C (68 F). We are not responsible for the chocolates once the order leaves our warehouse. Food products are not insured by the carriers. If you must have these chocolates, please consider UPS-Next Day Air for delivery. For cooler to colder country climates, we will ship by UPS-Ground (or Canpar within Canada). Sorry we do not ship chocolate products Internationally.
