- What's your Return Policy?
- All Occasions Giftware & Packaging is a ONLINE-only store. We are equipped to ship products out of our warehouse and other warehouses across the Country of Canada & United States. We do not have a storefront to allow personal shopping or customer order pickups at this time.
- Do you have other distribution points in the USA or Europe?
- At this time, All Occasions Giftware & Packaging only operates and ships from Ontario Canada.
- Will you ship to Europe?
- Sorry we do not ship to Europe at this time.
- How long will it take to ship out my order?
- When we receive your order online or by phone, we will ship your order out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days for all our IN STOCK products.
- Customer Service will contact you by email and phone if there will be any delays in shipping your order out. Sometimes products are sold-out, on backorder, or about to arrive in our inventory which can cause delays on our end to ship your order. Customer Service will be able to tell you when you can expect your order to arrive at your door. For this reason, your "receive by date" is very important to us.
- I need to receive my order by a specific date, what should I do?
- How long does shipping take?
- Depending on where you live, average ground shipping transit time is 3-5 business days in the United States. And 1-5 business days in Canada.
